Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped within 24 hours. Delivery in mainland France takes 2 to 4 working days. Shipping is free for orders of 2 items or more.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your parcel.

You have 30 days from receipt to return your product, without having to provide a reason. The product must be in its original condition.

Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
